Life is so much better in Lincolnshire
There are few more important decisions in life than choosing where you are going to live and work.
Each year thousands of people choose to come to Lincolnshire. In fact, it's the second fastest growing of all the 'shires'; with net inward migration twice that of the national average. However, as the fourth largest County in England and Wales there's plenty of room for growth!
People move here, primarily, for the quality of life on offer: a real mix of bustling historic market towns, idyllic villages, miles of unspoilt coastline, areas of outstanding natural beauty and one of the greatest cathedral cities in Britain.
All this plus a diverse and fast growing economy, low unemployment, a healthy environment, low crime rates, health and education facilities well above the national average and affordable housing.
There's also a determination within the County to raise the quality of life still further. A whole raft of publicly-backed initiatives is underway to improve skills levels, improve communications within Lincolnshire, encourage inward investment and business development, enrich health and education facilities whilst tackling pockets of deprivation and social isolation.
