If you are already based in Lincolnshire, the Investor Development team can support your development and growth, creating jobs and improving the economic development of the county.

In particular, the team provides information and support to foreign owned companies and UK companies with over 250 employees to develop and grow in the region.

What we can do for you:

Meet your specific needs - if you have an issue, such as the need to recruit or find additional premises, we can help you through the Invest Lincolnshire Enquiry Service.  Some of the areas we have supported investors with include:

• providing networking and introductions to key service providers such as universities, intermediaries and government departments
• keeping businesses informed of any financial assistance or services for which they are eligible and facilitating access
• help and advice regarding outplacements, recruitment and training to identify and prepare an effective workforce

Build your relationships

Because we work with large or foreign owned companies, we can:

• put you in touch with other businesses where we see an opportunity for you to benefit by working together. 
• we can provide dedicated support services for businesses with China and India including arranging and accompanying tours/visits to the county

Sector specific support

Identifying clusters, establishing sector forums and help with joint ventures.  We offer:

• support for efficiency improvement, particularly in manufacturing, via the support for ‘lean’ business process improvements
• help to find export markets
